Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or another available item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Unwashed
- In the same condition as when you received it
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging, where applicable
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number
Please contact us before sending any item back. Items sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us as soon as possible if your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Please provide your order number along with clear photos or videos showing the issue. We will review the situation and determine the best way to make it right.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or another appropriate solution.
Refunds
ON DEEN does not offer refunds. All purchases are final sale, except where we determine that a replacement or other resolution is appropriate due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
